We take your personal data which includes Name, Address, DOB, contact Number and GP as we need this information to place on your Physiotherapy records where we also record your treatment sessions.
This information we keep for 8 years as this is a requirement by law. After 8 years all personal data kept will be destroyed.
All data is kept in locked cabinets and anything kept on the computer is password protected.
